1. Agreement

By accessing or using tampalocallistings.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Site is operated by RunRate Digital, a veteran-owned digital marketing agency in Valrico, FL. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site.

2. What the Site Is

Tampa Local Listings is a free local business directory for the Tampa Bay area. Businesses may be listed automatically from public data sources, or submitted directly by business owners. Listing information is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. Always contact the business directly to confirm hours, services, and availability.

3. Submitting a Business

When you submit a business to the directory, you represent that:

• You are the business owner or an authorized representative
• All information you submit is accurate and up to date
• You are not submitting a listing to spam, deceive, or mislead users

We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion. Submitted listings are reviewed before being made publicly visible (they are not live immediately).

4. Claiming a Listing

Business owners may claim an existing listing to manage its content. By claiming a listing, you confirm you are the owner or authorized representative of that business. Submitting a false claim is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at brandon@runratedigital.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access.

6. Premium Subscriptions & Billing

Premium listings are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

• Charges appear on your bank or card statement as RunRate Digital
• You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not receive a prorated refund
• Annual plans are billed as a single payment for the full year
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers

For billing questions or disputes, contact brandon@runratedigital.com before initiating a chargeback. We will resolve billing issues promptly.

7. Reviews

Users may submit reviews for listed businesses. By submitting a review, you agree that:

• Your review reflects your genuine experience with that business
• You will not submit fake, defamatory, or commercially motivated reviews
• We may display, edit, or remove reviews at our discretion

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this Site to:

• Scrape, harvest, or mass-download listing data
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information
• Spam or harass other users or businesses
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation
• Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law

9. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, code, and original content are owned by RunRate Digital. Listing content submitted by business owners remains the property of those owners. By submitting content to the Site, you grant RunRate Digital a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on tampalocallistings.com and in related marketing.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listing information is accurate or current. Your use of the Site and reliance on any listing information is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunRate Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to lost business, lost revenue, or damages resulting from reliance on inaccurate listing information.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.
