Tampa Local Listings (tampalocallistings.com) is a local business directory for the Tampa Bay area. The site is built and operated by RunRate Digital, a veteran-owned digital marketing agency located in Valrico, FL. References to "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to RunRate Digital.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Business submission form: business name, address, phone, email, website, category, description
• Account registration: name, email address, password (stored as a secure hash)
• Profile updates: phone number, personal mobile number
• Reviews: display name and review text you submit for a listing

Information collected automatically:

• Basic analytics via Google Analytics (page views, referral source, approximate location — no personally identifiable data)
• Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) retained for security purposes

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and display your business listing in the directory
• To operate your account and send you account-related emails (e.g., claim links, receipts)
• To process payments through Stripe for Premium subscriptions
• To contact you about your listing or account when necessary
• To improve the site and understand how visitors use it

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising or share it with third-party marketers.

4. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted services to operate this site:

• Supabase — database and authentication. Your account credentials and listing data are stored here.Supabase Privacy Policy
• Stripe — payment processing for Premium subscriptions. We never store your card details — they go directly to Stripe.Stripe Privacy Policy
• GoHighLevel (GHL) — our internal CRM used to track listing submissions and claimed businesses. This is an internal tool; your data is not shared with other GHL users.
• Google Analytics — anonymous site traffic analytics. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Vercel — website hosting. Standard request logs may be retained per their policy.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies required for authentication (logging in to your account). Google Analytics sets cookies for analytics purposes. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some site features (like staying logged in) will not work.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and listing information for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or billing purposes (e.g., transaction records).

7. Your Rights

You can:

• Update your name, phone, and contact info from your dashboard profile page
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data

8. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
